Michael Irving is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we have also invested in membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). That demonstrates to our clients, that we practice to the highest standards, as regulated by these professional bodies. In addition we are Registered Agents with the Property Ombudsman for both Sales and Lettings.
Set up by Michael and Margi Irving, initially as a letting agent 10 years ago, the business has gone from strength to strength in very challenging times. Having built up a strong reputation for professionalism and achieving a significant market share, the company continues to grow in both the rental and sales markets.
Having been brought up in Richmond, Michael Irving has an indepth knowledge of the area and a strong tie in the local community. Margi Irving moved to the Richmondshire area almost 20 years ago. With a wealth of customer facing direct sales, customer service and marketing experience in blue chip companies such as Yell, TNT, DHL and H J Heinz, Margi brings a high level of customer service and negotiation skills to the company. Margi is a Member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
Karen joined the team in early 2011 and has proved to be a great addition to the company. Coming from a legal background Karen continues the ethos of professionalism that runs throughout the company. Having worked in a solicitors office for 10 years, she has an appreciation for the sales process and as Office Manager is the first point of contact in the office.
Joan continues the family trend as part of the team. Having run a very successful family insurance brokers in Richmond herself with her late husband Colin, Joan knows the importance of customer service and provides an excellent point of contact for viewings, with an empathy for clients who are facing both big and small moves in their lives, whether it be for rental or sales properties.
