Prior to setting up Performance for Business, Sue worked for Reed Training – one of the UK's premier learning and development companies - for three years. During this period, Sue was encouraged to reach a standard of professionalism in training analysis, design and delivery commensurate with the company's reputation and was awarded Highest Trainer Score for Reed's public courses. After obtaining 2.1 Hons in Economics and Politics, Sue's early career was in sales and sales management, working for one of the UK's leading technology recruitment companies for six years prior to her move into training. Positions held during this time included New Media Divisional Manager and Business Development Manager for Corporate Accounts.

Sam is a dynamic and innovative professional trainer, specialising in HR management topics to ensure that businesses remain legally compliant and follow best practice. Key topics that Sam trains include Successful Recruitment, Promoting Equality & Diversity, Effective Supervision & Appraisals, Motivating and Rewarding Your Staff, Tackling Absence Issues, and Managing Disciplinaries & Grievances. These are modules that can be delivered individually or combined to form anything from a half day to a three day programme. Sam's qualifications include an MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Distinction) University of Surrey.
Martin has almost 15 years training experience and is an Accredited Practitioner Coach for the European Coaching Institute and also a management assessor for the Charted Management Institute. Martin focuses on creating high performing teams and has experience of working with individuals at all levels to help them achieve their personal and organisational objectives. He has worked with companies not only in the UK but also countries as diverse as Tehran, Istanbul, India, Singapore and Brazil.
