Tubular Techniques Limited was established in 2005 and was formed from the previous sole-tradership of the same name which had been operating since 1998, so we have been trading now for 19 years.
Tubular Techniques Ltd specialises in scaffolding and temporary works designs providing well thought out, unique solutions to all types of access problems using both traditional tube and fitting scaffolding or the many systems that are now available. We can also prepare designs for formwork, heavy duty propping using proprietary shoring systems such as RMD or Mabey and designs using timber or steelwork.
The company was started by its Managing Director Keith Drewett originally working on his own as a sole trader, and due to the companies continued success he has been able to expand the company. With a strong emphasis on training new engineers for the industry the Company has taken on two new Graduate Engineers to bring youth and new ideas to the existing experienced team. Now with a team of six people we are able to continually meet the expectations of our wide and varied client base.
We aim to provide a service to our customers, which will provide the most cost effective solution to their design problems. We aim to work with our Clients to ensure that we design schemes utilising their materials and skills to satisfy their customers.
We often work with our client helping them prepare tender stage schemes to assist them in pricing and winning projects. All of our designs are produced using the latest software and industry standards and codes of practice appropriate to the individual jobs, using both structural analysis packages and manual calculations to give the most cost effective solutions.

Above all in todays market timing is everything. We try our utmost to work to the deadlines of our clients and provide realistic time scales for design turnaround periods. This also means keeping our customers up to date should there be any changes to the agreed schedules. Having the right information to hand at all times is crucial and delays must be notified as soon as they occur so that disruption to the projects can be reduced to a minimum.
