We are a local family business Established 1981 well known in the area for good quality used cars, 4x4 and light commercial vehicles. We take pride in our good reputation and offer a friendly reliable service without all the expensive glitzy glamour or hard selling like many of the large dealers.

Raymond and Christine Joyce proprietors of Pitstop Garage / Rasen Car and Van Hire bought the garage in 1981 and changed the name to Pitstop Garage as Ray was very involved in single seater motor racing achieving lots of success in a short space of time, many wins and second in two British Championships. It soon became obvious that racing had to cease to concentrate on the business and over the years it has seen many expansions and improvements.
