In fact, the whole process has been a very pleasant experience, ranging from the prompt and very helpful advice from your own staff when I was deciding what to buy, to the Hörmann truck driver who against all odds manoeuvred his forklift to deliver the (very heavy) goods right inside our garage. This is in direct contrast to some of your competitors who, quite frankly, couldn't have cared less.
