Jackie joined Bartholomew Hawkins in March 2015.
In November 1998 Jackie joined the Asset Finance Division of Black Horse Finance as a Telephone Data Administrator. This involved processing customer retail finance applications over the telephone and via fax, a role where accuracy was vital. Jackie then progressed to a Helpdesk Administrator, responsible for the completion of legal documentation, and paying out to retailers.
Jackie then achieved promotion in 2005 to Retail Sales Support as a Senior Sales Administrator, responsibilities including assessing retail leads and responsible for reporting back to the Regional Business Managers. She was involved in many high street retail launches in excess of 100 outlets at a time.
Looking for a new challenge, in 2010 Jackie became Personal Assistant to a local Financial Adviser, working closely with a variety of providers of both Pension and Investments. Jackie has extensive knowledge of Pension and Investments and the back office systems that both providers and advising companies use.
