Eric's son Nick joins the business and Chadds make the move to Cash and Carry premises at Bramble Hill, in Bude.
Over time the retail side was closed down to concentrate on the thriving Wholesale and Catering Supplies business.
Nick's son Nigel is made Managing Director, the third generation of the family to run the business.
