I am writing to thank you and your team for the refurbishment of my bathroom you have carried out at my home. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with it and what a big difference it has made. I was having great difficulty using the shower over the bath and always afraid of falling. I wanted you to know that every one of the men who came to do the work – John the plumber, the electrician, floor layer, decorator and the delivery man and the gas man were all very helpful and have done a very, very good job. As I said I am really pleased and will be writing to the Equipment and Adaptations to let them know too. So again many thanks to you all.
