Oakleys was first started and set up by Jeremy Frewer over 15 years ago with a practice on the Barbican. After a short spell there, Oakleys moved to an office on Hastings Terrace where the practice continued to grow and develop a wider client base. It was here when Steve, Dale and Alex joined the practice as young trainees and gained their qualifications. As the business attracted more clients this prompted another move to a better location on North Hill. During this time Steve, Dale and Alex gained good experience of managing client’s affairs and running the business which was followed by all three taking over Oakleys.
