ABOUT SFX TECHNOLOGY LTD.
SFX provides a free WEEE and computer recycling service in Cardiff and the surrounding areas. We collect broken and unneeded computers and laptops and refurbish them. This reduces waste. We ethically recycle anything that can’t be reused.
Large organisations, universities, health trusts, small businesses and households all trust SFX with their recycling.
We promise to destroy your sensitive data, keeping your personal and business information safe.
SFX will collect the waste and provide you with a waste transfer note.
As well as our free collections and data destruction we provide extra, chargeable services. When you contact us, we’ll talk to you about what you need and let you know if there will be a charge. Sometimes, the equipment we are collecting from you can offset the cost of chargeable services.
SFX previously operated as Computers in the Community as one of the first WEEE recycling companies in South Wales. Since then, we’ve grown to be one of the biggest refurbishers of computer equipment in the area. We are a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher, which means we can help charities and community groups access free computer software when they are using refurbished technology.
