We ensure that Caplum is kept at the cutting edge of technology so when you adopt a new technology for your network, Caplum is already aware and capable of handling it. We are always developing Caplums capabilities and keeping pace with the latest browser techology to ensure that Caplum can run in as many browser environments as possible.

Caplum is sold on an annual licence basis and for this annual charge you get unlimited phone, online support and free upgrades to the software. This means for one payment per year all of your Caplum running costs are taken care of, as we appreciate that life cost of a product is more important than the one off purchase price.

We operate a support desk with full software management, all calls are logged and given an inquiry number. We also offer remote online support to help resolve problems quickly and easily.

Ardlin Systems is a privately owned company started in 2004 with the sole aim of providing Caplum Network Infrastructure Management tools for large organisations.

Starting with a base Windows product that we purchased the rights to from Datel Communications we created a five year plan to modernise and expand the functionality of  Caplum.

The first step was rewriting the application into a Web Application to allow it to be portable across multiple platforms. We then added network diagrams, voice manager and finally Caplum Active modules which we completed in 2009. Finally we had the complete product we had imagined.

Since then we have not rested on our laurels we are constantly adding new features and mordernising existing ones. We aim to keep at the forefront of technology for example we had a HTML 5 compatible version launched within months of the browsers being available allowing greater cross browser functionality.
