With a comprehensive range of technical resources all under the one roof, we are uniquely positioned to respond to your individual design requirements, from manufacturing the plastic sheeting using our top of the range Sheet Extrusion technology, to vacuum forming trays and pallets to your own design specification.
We incorporate the latest Butt Fusion or Mirror Welding procedures to ensure the exact size and shaped crates for your business and have the CAD/CAM technology in place to create the required specification for you. We even have the ability to colour match any plastic product prior to extrusion.
With all of these specialist facilities and features we can achieve maximum response to all of our customer’s enquiries and fill in the gaps in any standard product ranges. We pride ourselves in our ability to handle complex solutions for very specific applications. There is no material handling problem that we cannot satisfy. We will endeavour to achieve the right customised packaging product for you.
To ensure your products are protected within your internal WIP or during transit to your customer. We can supply foam with pockets cut to their unique shape.
