In 2004 after spending the previous ten years working as a divisional manager in a similar contracting company Paul created Lawrence Baker Limited. The ethos of the company is to provide an efficient, cost effective service to the care industry, completing projects to a high standard, within the budget and within the project timescale.
His skills include ensuring all aspects of the work of Lawrence Baker, from receipt of an initial Client enquiry to the completion of all construction projects, are successfully and effectively delivered through integrated teams.
Paul also ensures that Lawrence Baker is at the forefront of new developments in construction.through the use of new technology and new management processes. Paul continues to lead on the development of major new projects.
Luke joined Lawrence Baker in early 2012 as Commercial Manager, accountable to the Managing Director for all post-contract commercial functions, as well as providing advice on legal and commercial issues across the range of our activities. He offers 20 years experience in the South-East construction market, which he has gained in a contracting environment across a wide variety of procurement routes with companies such as Knowles & Sons and Facilitas.
