We love soft toys and know that you do too. We stock the complete range of Jellycat products securely in our warehouse ready for your order. Your custom is of utmost importance to us and we guarantee to despatch your order the same day (before 5pm), and if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
We receive hundreds of requests for replacements, and although a quick search of the website will tell you what we have, it’s always worth speaking to one of our helpful team just to make sure we haven’t got one hiding somewhere. If you’ve lost a special toy and need a replacement we know just how important that is.
