Michael is owner and founder of Drycore Ltd, his current role within the organisation is Managing Director, his duties include the leadership and direction of all staff, his aim is to motivate all departments and help in the development of key systems that continue to push the business forward in the digital era, while keeping a firm eye on the fundamentals of the traditional services we provide in the 21st Century. His favourite saying is "Honesty is the best policy".

Janice takes the role of Commercial Director, she joined Drycore Ltd from a quantity Surveying background with large commercial developers that Drycore Ltd has past & current connections with. Her role enable us to make better decisions and understand the all aspects of commercial accountability, enabling Drycore Ltd to carry out our primary core business both here in the North East of England or wherever we are asked to operate. "Janice loves Spreadsheets !"

a.k.a Scotchy is our Operations Director. Mark joined Drycore Ltd, from a Site Managing background, looking for a new challenge, Michael had a professional relationship that simply consisted of, when Mark rang Michael to attend, everything was ready as it should be, when Michael handed the product back, it too was as it should be, Michael saw this as a real strength, and could see Mark as a good candidate to help manage the complete physical operations of the business, Mark says "I have no time for having no time".
