Denny started in housing in 1977 and has worked for housing associations, private developers and local authorities. In 1998 he formed Adam Roberts Consultancy working in residential site finding and development consultancy specialising mainly in the provision of affordable housing.
Dyllon has worked at a senior level at a number of major RSL’s and has a strong track record in creating business success and new opportunities. She is used to managing complex consortia and development projects, delivering on time and to budget.She has extensive experience of recruiting and managing multi-disciplinary teams, leading and motivating staff within a performance and target setting culture.
Working within a complex financial environment Dyllon has set and managed project budgets in excess of £100m to comply with financial probity and corporate governance. She has developed and implemented business plans, growth strategies, new services, good practice and exit strategies.Dyllon holds an Economics degree form LSE and an MSc in Health & Social Policy from Leeds. She has been a board member of a major London RSL and is a board member of a regional Delivery Vehicle.
Robyn has recently graduated from the University of Birmingham and is joining us as a trainee in all things land and property. Robyn speaks Russian and French and will be a great help in expanding our services to international clients looking to buy in the UK or UK developers looking to expand overseas.
