Our 50,000sqft fabrication workshop is capable of processing 400 tonne of structural steelwork per week for distribution across the UK. We are located on a 23 acre site which allows for expansive storage of raw materials and finished goods, along with hardstanding for trial assemblies and where required, pre-assembling members off-site to facilitate on-site installation requirements.

Our experienced fabrication employees are capable of processing 400 tonne of structural steelwork a week. This is achieved through a three shift system, ensuring our facility is capable of production 24 hours a day, equating to 2200 man hours a week.
July 2014 all fabricated structural steelwork must meet the harmonised European standard BS EN 1090 and carry the CE mark. DAM Structures has maintained its investment in both personnel and quality control systems to ensure that it achieves certification, which is determined by an independent assessment.
DAM has been accredited to EXC4, the most arduous approvals standard, allowing us to fabricate even the most safety critical steel structures. The certification provides evidence of a suitable Factory Production Control (FPC), which ensures traceability of every component from source through the fabrication process and to final delivery to site.
