The garage business on this site dates to pre second world war, (although the cars looked a bit different then), and was purchased by the current owner Bob Smith with his father Denis from Maurice William Crisp.
Bob and Denis retained the respected Crisps name, only adding " Paramount " to reflect their aspiration to be second to none, hence the trading name of Crisps Paramount Garage Ltd, albeit a bit of a mouthful, and usually known as Crisps of Knodishall.
Bob's father retired in 1989 and a new member of the family, Bob' s son William joined the business in 2003 to continue the Smith's Crisp's association.
The garage has seen many improvements & changes over the years, in keeping with changing business requirements, seeing the new showroom and reception area development in 2007 and more recently improvements to the roof, insulation and heating system of our workshop.
