We are able to offer drawings in both 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit, which enables us to fully co-ordinate our services with the design team, and accurately space plan plant rooms, risers, and cupboards, and ensure early clash detection.
We have developed a Sustainability Department in line with recent changes to Regulations, and are able to provide a fully encompassing service to include the full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design, together with the following additional services.
We are able to provide Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments. This allows us to offer a single service which encompasses all elements of sustainability and delivers recommendations which can actually be implemented during the latter stages of the project; a quality which we believe is all too rare in our industry.
Waterstone Design are fully qualified and accredited in carrying out BREEAM New Construction assessments, across all building sectors. As it is increasingly important to ensure a BREEAM strategy is put in place at the earliest convenience on a project, a BREEAM assessor is assigned at the offset, to ensure a trouble free assessment. Additionally, we are able to work as BREEAM AP (Appointed Professional) consultants on BREEAM New Construction, International, Refurbishment and In Use.
Report on the best method to service the development whilst meeting planning requirements. (Typically these reports are submitted with the planning submission and draw on our considerable experience of renewable and low carbon technologies);
