We are an independent management consultancy focused on enabling you to design, manage and deliver your business change projects.
Established by Andrew Whittaker in 2004, we are passionate about using our knowledge, skills and experience to help you, improving your ability to manage the change process successfully and repeat it when necessary.
His business change and project management experience developed whilst working with Big 4 Business Advisors, both as a consultant and an internal change manager. He became a self employed consultant in 2002 and established Solutions for Change in 2004.
