Our support packages are customized to what your organisation actually requires rather than a set cost against a checklist of staff numbers or computers, so we always offer the best value.
Priding ourselves in providing a flexible service we will assist your users at the office, home and when mobile through the use of specialist remote support software and a helpdesk system designed to ensure issues are recorded and dealt with promptly. The dedicated helpdesk provides access to experienced Microsoft Certified Engineers with considerable experience of Microsoft and Apple desktop and server systems. We also provide contact details for emergency out of hours support.
As part of our support we include regular site visits to undertake proactive maintenance and to work more closely with you, ensuring that a good working relationship is built with an understanding of how you need to operate. These visits help to prevent problems from occurring through performing thorough onsite checks of the system and also delivers value-added services which goes beyond the fixing of problems.
