Elite has provided us with super service for our photocopier and printing needs for the last few years. I can always rely on them to address any problems with the equipment quickly and efficiently. They go out of their way to make sure that we can meet our printing deadlines and even helped make sure that our computer interface to their equipment also works properly when we upgraded our computer. The engineers are good at explaining what they have done and are friendly and considerate when they are here in the office. When we had problems with poor quality paper delivered by our paper supplier they even helped us in dealing with the supply company. Having said all of that, we don’t have problems with the equipment very often – the servicing and support contract we have keeps us up and running really well. God bless.

They have never tried to oversell our needs and have always attended to any repairs or adjustments on our print/copiers the day we called. Martin & Simon have been great in providing all our office furniture and printer. As our business has grown they have provided us with all our ofice furniture and now we have a great printer which is a great tool. They delivered all the furniture promptly and assembled it for us on site. They were very helpful in the design of our new office so I would highly recommend them.
