The Paella Company started in 2004 by myself and my Spanish wife Bego and has been going from strength to strength ever since.
From the beginning we wanted The Paella Company to be a professional enterprise and not just something run from a garage as a hobby. We started with a small office and shared warehouse space and have recently moved into our own premises. With my IT experience from a previous career I have been able to set up efficient integrated ordering, accounts and dispatch systems as well as an informative and easy to use website that we are proud of!!. Bego is in charge of liasing with our expanding range of Spanish suppliers and our stock control.
We are the UK distributors for Garcima s.l. Spains largest and most respected paella equipment manufacturer and are very proud of this relationship. It gives us the ability to offer the widest range of paella cooking options in the UK. For our Spanish ingredients we only offer the best products we can find. Unfortunately, like everywhere else, just because food and ingredients have been sourced from Spain doesn't mean they are good quality or even come from Spain. For example many peppers come from Peru or asparagus from China. We believe that when our UK based customers want to cook a paella or other Spanish cuisine, they want it to be special and excellent quality. To that end we haven't sourced budget supermarket brands but products from specialist or artisan producers and where possible, where the products carry the D.O. or I.G.P. certification that confirms the product's provenance and quality.
We take great pride in all our products and providing our customers with guidance and information. We want our customers to be able to purchase the products that best suit their requirements. Every company likes to say that customer service is important but we feel that it is paramount. Time and time again customers have commented on our helpful and professional knowledge as well as the quality of our products and service. We are always on the end of a telephone to give advice and answer any questions - however trivial they may seem!!. We are passionate about this business and are more than happy to pass on our experiences and opinions!!

We are the main UK distributors for Garcima s.l., and FlamesVLC both Spain's most well respected Paella equipment manufacturers. We stock a large range of their Paella pans, gas burners, accessories and other cooking equipment giving you unrivalled choice. So whether you need a simple pan, a paella cooking set for your family or a commercial set-up, we usually have it in stock!.

As this can sometimes seem like a confusing task, we welcome you contacting us for both queries & advice. You're also always welcome to also place an order by phone if you prefer and we can check you have everything you need.
As well as supplying top quality paella ingredients, including rice, saffron and paprika, we continue to expand our range of other Spanish products. We are working with a number of specialist and artisan producers to bring you such treats as honey, olive oils, conserved vegetables, and artisan crisps amongst others.
Although we don't have a shop, you are welcome to come and visit our warehouse and browse around. We are located just off M3, Junction 5 in Hampshire. - If you can make it before 11am or after 4pm, that will really help us as things can get rather manic in the day !
