Home from Home care services Ltd aims to provide high quality home care to support people of all ages who are living in their own homes in relation to their own life styles. Providing information, assistance and support where needed. We aim to provide a service in a way, which meets the individual needs. It may be that the clients only require assistance on a temporary basis needs. It may be that the client only requires assistance on a temporary basis such as following a hospital stay or perhaps due to the nature of their illness/disability that they only require help intermittently. We will encourage service users to maintain independence, taking into account any physical/mental disabilities and to stimulate their participation in the running of their home. We will liaise with Social Services, Doctors, District Nurses, therapists and family members to ensure the best care possible is provided.

-We aim to provide well skilled and highly trained experiences care staff that are committed and matched to the clients needs, and provide care in a practical and sensitive way to communicate effectively with the service user, using the individuals preferred method of communication.

Home from Home provide a truly person centered approach viewing each person as an individual with their own needs.

We are a family run business, drawing on a combined experience of over 20 years.

We primarily provide care in the Allestree and Darley Abbey Area, however we have carers across the city of Derby.

We pride our selves on the quality of service we provide. our main services involve providing quality care for the elderly with learning difficulties,, mental health needs and sensory impairment.
