Balance Systems Ltd was established by Ben Lebbern and Simon Gibson. Between them Ben and Simon have over 35 years combined experience in the Alarm industry and have worked their way up through the ranks, starting as trainee engineers for a national company to successfully running their own security company. Ben and Simon’s skill set cover a wide area, ranging from intruder alarm system design and installation to data cabling and fault finding. The technical knowledge provided by our team allows us to meet all of our customers’ requirements. Armed with this pedigree it has enabled us to achieve a very high standard of workmanship throughout every aspect of our business practice. We are your one stop security shop, with no project too large or small. Unlike most Company Directors, both Ben and Simon still enjoy an active hands-on roll within the company and can be found most days out on the road tending to both current and prospective clients’ needs.
Balance Systems Ltd is a local independent company based in Hedge End, Southampton and whilst we are very committed to our local community we also cover Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire and the surrounding South Coast area.
Through hard work and dedication Balance Systems became accredited to SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) within the first year of trading as well as gaining ISO 9001:2000 status, as such we are recognised by most leading insurers.
For your peace of mind all Balance Systems Ltd staff, including administration staff, are vetted by Hampshire Constabulary and security screened by an external agency. All engineering staff receive regular training from manufacturers as well as our own extensive in house training programme.

Based in Hedge End, Southampton, Balance Systems Ltd is one of the South Coasts leading security companies, gaining SSAIB accreditation and operating a Quality Management Programme to ISO 9001: 2000 confirming our status as security installers to the highest possible standards.
Balance Systems Ltd design, install and maintain (corrective and preventative) fully integrated electronic security systems including, Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems. As well as other associated security products we are able to carry out Data Cabling work with full certification on completion. All security installations are fully compliant to ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) Police policies and comply fully with insurance requirements.
