ABOUT THE FIREWORKS STORE LTD
We formed the business in 2004 from a small retail shop in Wakefield selling fireworks all year round. We grew year on year and in 2006 we won awards and were voted the best fireworks retailer in the UK. People were asking us to design their own fireworks displays, so the natural progression was providing professionally fired displays for weddings and corporate events.
From the initial call to clearing up we provide a professional service, we take all the hassle out of the event. We liaise with the co-ordinator on the night and everything is documented with site surveys and risk assessments provided for every display we do.
We then provide a risk assessment document that we will submit to the venue together with our insurance documents. Many venues DON'T have insurance to cover them for firework displays so our insurance is specific and covers us with £5m Public & Products liability and £10m Employers liability.
