ACM Surveys Ltd was formed in 2004. It was formed by and is still managed by the original directors, who both have over 25 years experience in the asbestos and construction industries. We are the preferred asbestos surveyors for some of the largest construction companies in the UK. These companies operate in the most stringently controlled conditions within the construction industry including live hospitals, universities, schools and HM prisons, and rely upon us to produce accurate, comprehensive reports to strict deadlines.

Company Qualifications

In order that our employees carry out their duties in a safe, competent and professional manner, we ensure everyone is trained to a high standard in all areas as determined by their role and current HSE guidance. All asbestos surveyors have over 5 years experience in the asbestos industry and are qualified to a minimum of BOHS P402 (surveying of buildings for the presence of asbestos), and attend annual refresher courses. Senior surveyors also hold P405 (management of asbestos in buildings). The directors hold various Health and Safety certification and qualifications including IOSH Managing Safely, Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate and Asbestos Managers Certification.
