I’m a Level 3 nursery nurse with years of recruitment experience, so I’m well qualified to help you. I pride myself in being able to find exactly the right person for each role – so everyone’s happy.
My experience as a secondary school teaching assistant helps me understand your needs whenever you ask me to fill a booking. If you’re an applicant, I will do a telephone interview with you to get the ball rolling – although you’ll do a face-to-face interview too.
I’m proud to offer a service that’s unique to Kidstaff. I visit staff when they’re out working in their placements, making sure everything’s going well. I’m an experienced nursery nurse with plenty of recruitment experience. If you’re an applicant, I’ll meet you for your face-to-face interview.
With a background in sales and marketing, it’s my job to get Kidstaff on everyone’s radar. I talk to clients, come up with competitions, run our social media and basically tell the world about our talented team.
