We appointed Henman Communications in January 2017 in order to grow our digital presence. We wanted to refine our digital advertising strategy and increase our social media awareness. On working closely with the team, we now have a clear path for all of our venues ensuring that their communications are as unique as they are. We look forward to refining and activating our 2018 plans next year.

We are delighted to be working with Henman Communications to launch our first SPAshell™ at Fishmore Hall in the UK. Henman Communications has a wealth of experience working with SME’s and taking new products to market in the health and fitness, wellness and lifestyle sectors. We were looking for a partner agency to help establish our market credibility and build our profile in the national trade media and consumer media in the UK. SPAshell™ offers a brilliantly simple solution for any boutique hotel or corporate business looking to add spa and wellness treatments to their business mix and provide an additional revenue stream.

We were delighted with the amount of media coverage generated by Henman Communications and their event management of the six Judy Murray coach training workshops. Henman Communications delivered six successful regional press campaigns and also assisted our team with the strategy and planning of the video content, social media activation and ambassador activation. This enabled us to maximise the value of our new coaching partnership with Judy Murray and generate ROI for us. On-going PR has been very important and has helped us build those networks

We were very happy to achieve a 5% hit rate by taking advantage of a captive and record breaking audience at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals this past November. With more than 10,000 registrants received via SMS during the week, we now have a highly qualified list of tennis fans and ticket buyers ripe for remarketing through mobile and email. Henman Communications enabled the ATP to focus on marketing and driving registrations by ensuring the technical integration and data delivery for the SMS campaign was seamless.”

Working together with Henman Communications we ran a successful blogger tennis master-class with our HEAD UK ambassador Judy Murray. This was the first time HEAD UK had engaged with fashion and lifestyle bloggers. We received great social media coverage from the event resulting in some of our key UK retailers reporting a spike in their online sales of our tennis apparel ranges

We have been very impressed by the results which have created brand awareness for David Lloyd Leisure across the UK through the sport and lifestyle national and regional media. The media coverage has included: national and regional TV and radio, features in the national and regional newspapers, magazines, online and blogs. Henman Communications runs an internship programme for graduates. These are unpaid positions lasting up to three months.
