I searched...and searched...for a parcel delivery company to send 3 parcels from London to 3 separate addresses in Australia. Many of the companies had very questionable reviews so I wasn't interested in using them. I then found Courierpoint. I dropped off my 3 parcels (each weighing 3kgs) to a local depot last Wednesday afternoon, they were collected by DHL within the hour and delivered to my family and friends in Australia on Sunday.....yes, Sunday. In addition to this excellent service and being able to track the parcels throughout, it cost less than half of the cost of sending the same size/weight parcels via royal mail. The whole process was so straightforward and simple to use. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Courierpoint for your parcel delivery. Thanks so much!
I was a bit wary at first as the price quoted was much cheaper than other providers but have been pleasantly surprised. The parcels I send arrived in less than a week and if there hadn't been a weekend it would have been even sooner. My gripe is that the parcels go from Heathrow to Gatwick, that's the first day, this could be avoided by having a more central sorting office and parcels would be send to the correct airport. Plus one of my parcels was sent to the wrong sorting office in Germany which delayed the delivery. I do appreciate that these issues are more dhl related but as courier point use them it becomes their issue, too. I would definitely recommend courier point!

This was the first time that I've used Courierpoint.com.I needed to send 2 big parcels to Canada. After shopping around the Royal Mail price was excessively high. Courierpoint.com was half the price. I can't believe how quickly it was delivered. Collected at lunch time on the Wednesday and delivered and signed for on Thursday evening. Will definitely use again. Well done!!!
I downloaded 3 copies of waybill from web site and was under the impression that I needed to affix one to the package and provide one copy to the courier. But the courier insisted that they needed two copies thus leaving me with no copy and hence no tracking data. The courier did not provide a receipt upon collection.
