Conscious of the high price of heating oils Moisture Reduction Systems Company’s present design team carried out the original research and development program into accelerated vacuum assisted drainage systems. The ensuing conclusions showed that pumping from a horizontal special pre-wrapped drainage pipe, installed under each stockpile, interconnected to a manifold, coupled direct onto an automatic self-priming electrically driven centrifugal pump set, fitted with a very large air handling capacity oil flood lubricated vacuum pump, proved that drying times were substantially reduced, which led to considerable cost savings.
Now a modified cost effective version of this well proven system can be individually designed to suit most material producers’ requirements. Moisture Reduction Systems Company have expertise to carry out a simulated ‘drawdown’ pumping test on most materials to produce data to design the most efficient pumping installation, for your needs. A fully skilled installation package is available, if so required, to make sure that the best final results will be obtained from the installed system.
