Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible service and this shows through the many recommendations we receive. More than 16 years on and our ethics remain unchanged. We have worked very hard making sure that all of our customers constantly get the help and support they need, and through this, we have not only gained their trust, but also the trust of their friends and family.
History of Bainbridge Mobility
Our first showroom opened in Norton, Stockton on Tees in 2001. The shop was very small with very little stock holding and no office. By 2011 we had outgrown these premises and decided we needed somewhere bigger. We moved onto Norton Road, not far from our first showroom in Leven Road. It took three months to fully move in as the building was derelict and needed a lot of work doing.
November 2011, we were ready to move into our showroom on Norton Road. Having a lot more space has enabled us to display a wider variety of products something we weren’t able to do before. We also brought our workshop, storage space and office under one roof. One of the main plus points is having our own parking spaces outside the front door.
November 2014. We have always covered parts of the North Yorkshire area but having a local showroom for people to visit and see the products has made a huge difference. Although we have only been here a short while we have already built up a loyal customer base.

And with our complete after-care service, you can be safe in the knowledge that we will be there when you need us.
We are a family company covering the North East & North Yorkshire area. If you’re unable to visit our showroom in Stockton on Tees, we also offer a home visit service. Overall, we work very hard to make sure our customers get the best possible attention they require, and this shows through the many referrals we receive.
