Our estimators do not give final quotations in your home as we like to be sure we have secured you the best price from our suppliers. The estimator will check our database, which is changing daily, to find the most competitive price for you. At this point you will receive a phone call with the price. It is for this reason that we offer one, and only one price. We are 100% confident that our price is the absolute best we can offer you.
If you are happy to proceed with our quotation, we order the goods for you and phone you when they come into our warehouse to arrange a suitable fitting date, assuming you would like us to fit the product for you.
We have 4 teams of fitters, all trained and employed by us. Each team is supervised by one senior fitter. This enables us to guarantee the quality of their work. We are the only local firm to take on, hire and train our own apprentices.
