ABOUT NORTHMEAD DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
Founded in 2003 by Philip and Fiona Mead, Northmead Developments have established an enviable reputation in the York area, by ensuring the highest quality of construction in all their new build and refurbishment projects. The Company has a proven track record of being recognised by the building industry, winning awards such as the FMB Master Builder of the Year and LABC Building Excellence Awards.
We are fully aware of the concerns our clients have when considering major building works on their home, and we do all we can to complete the work as efficiently as possible to minimise disruption and create a wonderful home which they can enjoy for many years.
Together with a full project management service throughout the works, we also provide each client with a detailed build programme. Naturally, clients often make changes to the specification once work has begun, so we are constantly monitoring the programme of works and the costs. At the end of each month a meeting is arranged with the client to provide them with a fully updated schedule and valuation to ensure there are no unexpected delays or charges at the end of the project.
