The Helyer Davies Architects design team have been using 3D CAD modelling for a number of years and are thoroughly proficient in the application of 3D technology in the context of architectural projects. Now viewed by most people as a fundamental part of architectural design, 3D visualisation is nonetheless a complex procedure and our designers are ideally placed to utilise it to the benefit of their clients.

We offer a comprehensive RIBA service, able to deliver projects from inception to completion. We are committed to helping clients identify and realise the design strategy that best suits their needs. We can provide a range of services including feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, detailed design and Building Regulations applications, as well as contract administration through the construction process.
These are used to demonstrate schemes for planning where we are trying to demonstrate how well a scheme fits in with the surroundings. The soft hand crafted drawings seem to reassure concerned neighbours and planning committees.
In 2004, Thomas joined the company from a prestigious London and Canterbury based architects where he gained excellent experience in the fields of conservation and housing. Trained at Portsmouth University, Thomas is now responsible for many of the residential schemes and conservation projects at Helyer Davies Architects.
Sean joined Helyer Davies Architects from a Hampshire based Architecture Practice. Sean has experience within Housing, Industrial and Education Projects ranging in size and value.
Juliet joined Helyer Davies Architects in 2005 as Practice Manager with over 10 years of managerial and business development experience working for Architectural Practices in West Sussex. At Helyer Davies Architects Juliet has a wide ranging role, responsible for administration and every day running of the practice.
