In addition to her interests in education and sport Natasha has established a successful business in event and hospitality management.
Natasha has been a Director of Anthony Millard Consulting for the past eight years and works full time as Recruitment Manager.
David has been a non-Executive Director and Associate of Anthony Millard Consulting for over 10 years. In addition to advising the AMC Board on strategy, he provides a psychometric profiling and coaching service for clients. David was Chair of Governors at Padworth College, leading the School through a wide-ranging review of its strategic direction, and advising the Head on a significant culture change programme. David also has senior commercial experience as a Director in Thorn and Legal & General and held senior HR roles in shipping and hotels.
For several years, David was a Careers Adviser at Imperial College Business School where he worked with MBA and Masters students to help them find career opportunities around the world. He has his own management consultancy, Blue Ridge Management Ltd, providing coaching and training services.
Under the auspices of Arts and Business, David advised several arts organisations including the English Chamber Orchestra, Southwark Council and Paddington Arts Centre. He then became a Director of Arts Culture, Harrow and Harrow Museum.
Nikki is the Support Manager for AMC Teacher having started her AMC career as an accounts assistant. She also supports the wider AMC team and is the vital link in making sure that everyone is up to speed on projects and assignments across the whole company.
Prior to AMC, Nikki spent 15 years working in sales within the finance and the insurance industry. Working her way up through the ranks to leadership roles, recruiting for her own sales team as well as gaining experience and qualifications in business administration.
Nigel is now a Director of Anthony Millard Consulting and divides his time between leadership searches and strategic consultancy to schools around the world for AMC.
Professor Deborah Eyre is a global educational leader, researcher, writer and influencer focused on helping good schools become world class.
Deborah’s career has included a variety of senior education posts both globally and in UK as well as advising governments and educational foundations in UK, Hong Kong, South Africa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, USA and Singapore. From 2010-2014 she was Global Education Director for Nord Anglia Education and prior to that served as Director of the UK government’s innovative National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth (NAGTY), based at the University of Warwick. Deborah is a Board member of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), a Trustee of the Swan Multi-Academy Trust, a Freeman of the City of London Worshipful Company of Educators and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Nigel has over 20 years experience as a Headmaster in the Independent sector, with experience in the United Kingdom and in International Schools in Europe and the Middle East. His background is in educational management and the business of schools. He has been actively involved in the recruitment of head teachers, in school mergers and in school acquisitions and transfers.
He has experience at every age level from Nursery to Sixth Form, and in small and large schools alike. His philosophy is based on the straightforward principle that a passionate commitment to Education underpinned by a good business model, with clear financial planning and effective management of expenditure and pricing, will lead to good schools.
Nigel believes that the present economic situation will lead many schools to seek innovative business and marketing solutions in order to prosper, and to this end looks to provide “hands on”, supportive, and practical advice and guidance to Heads and Governing Bodies.
Jeff joined AMC as part time Support Officer and works alongside Nikki on all aspects of administration required in the business. Jeff has spent all his previous working life in Steelwork construction becoming a senior manager with responsibility for contact management and labour allocation.
