OUR COMPANY IS...
We are a small independent business operating from our Tyneside base and serving a broad customer base covering Yorkshire, Durham, Cumbria, Northumberland and the Scottish Borders; principally of meat and other food processors and high end restaurants and hotels, supporting their sous-vide activities.
We are certainly unique to the North of England providing not only for the supply of packaging products, particularly a wide selection of vacuum bags, but also because we service and repair, as well as sell vacuum packers and many other food processing machines.
Our size and product range enables us to provide a service which we believe is more than competitive to larger local and national competitors in our field of operations.

We are currently preparing for BRC (British Retail Consortium) Certification which we hope to achieve by late Summer of 2017, thereby becoming one of the smallest certificated companies in the country. Yet another confirmation of the quality and assurance of our service.
Our experience in our fields has enabled us to collaborate in providing solutions as diverse as:- Emergency ration packs for RAF pilots to promotional gifts for public relations events; Bespoke liners for tote bins to a pre-compression unit for operating theatre consumables; Furniture foam filling packaging to art student presentations and oil production fittings.
Kenneth James has been established for 24 years in which time we have built up a solid reputation for our quality of service and products. We have a large customer base which is proof of our commitment to quality.
We provide a vacuum packaging maintenance and repair service throughout the North East of England to the Wholesale and Retail Food, Restaurant, Hotel and Catering Trades.
We can supply a variety of new and used vacuum packaging machines and other food packing machinery. We sell at competitive prices and all pre-owned machinery is serviced before sale.
