Started the company in December 2003 and has been an Estate Agent since August 1991, having run various branches for both corporate and independent companies. I saw an opportunity to really personalise the service that estate agents offer to the public and it is this service that has seen my clients come back to Squares and myself time and time again.
Eve joined Squares Estate Agents in February 2005, her role has been very diverse over the years and now knows every aspect of the business inside out. Eves primary role is aiding the Directors to run the business on a day to day basis helping it to run smoothly. Eve manages the landlord accounts to ensure smooth payments of their rent.
Lilla originally joined Squares Estate Agents in 2004 and left on maternity leave for a period and rejoined in 2013 in order to help in the Lettings department after a period of significant growth. Lilla offers a wealth of knowledge on the property market and lettings management. Lilla is responsible for our referencing, move in’s and check outs.
Tommy joined Squares Estate Agents in 2011 and is responsible for our tenancy renewals and maintenance enquiries. Due to his role he is knowledgeable on the notices and timeframes for terminating and renewing our tenancy agreements. He also keeps up to date with current market values in order to make sure our landlords income is being maximized.
