Good Care Guide now receives around 4,000 visits a day from parents and families looking for relevant and useful information on our 61,956 childcare and eldercare providers across the UK, and is home to thousands of reviews.
Our aim is to be an independent, impartial review site designed to help people find, rate and review childcare and eldercare providers in the UK. And of course to use those reviews to make more informed decisions about the care they use.

The pilot programme, now live across Gwent, has been made possible with the help of funding from the Health Technology Challenge. It's designed to support the work of the
(C.H.A.aT.) service, where teams of volunteers go into homes to talk to older people and their families about their experiences with care. It will help improve the quality and perceptions of eldercare provision in Gwent, as well as increasing much-needed transparency across the sector.
