Established in 1973, Diss Ironworks is a family owned and run business, offering over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the industry. Initially making hearth furniture for fireplaces such as fire screens, baskets and canopies as well as architectural metal work, today Diss Ironworks is the premier range cooker and stove showroom in East Anglia, serving many homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex, offering an extensive selection of range cookers, woodburning stoves, ironmongery, fireplace accessories and cookware.
Our products
Our display of cast iron range cookers include AGA, ESSE, RAYBURN, STANLEY, HERITAGE, SANDYFORD and many more independent manufacturers. A cast iron range is so much more than a cooker they are able to provide central heating, hot water, a constant warmth to the kitchen and of course provide a focal point that is the key to any kitchen. Also on display are the finest duel fuel and all electric range cookers including AGA, BRITANNIA, EVERHOT, FALCON, MERCURY, LACANCHE and RANGEMASTER. With our wide range, you’ll be sure to find a style for every home. Alongside our range cookers we have over 50 wood burning and multi-fuel stoves on display including CHARNWOOD, VILLAGER, AARROW STOVAX, EUROHEAT, AGA, FRANCO BELGE, DOVRE, JOTUL, YEOMAN and WOODWARM as well as 3 live models. A stove is a natural focal point of any room and also a fantastic source of heat for the home. They can be installed in an existing fireplace or with a fabricated flue in almost any room without a chimney. As well as our cookers and stoves we still retain our ironmongery heritage offering hand made door and window fittings as well as made to measure wall lights, chandeliers and curtain poles. Other accessories within our showroom include oil lamps, wicker baskets, cast iron fireplaces, fire surrounds, companion sets and AGA cookware.

Diss Ironworks is located in the heart of Diss and is easily accessible from the A1066. Approaching Diss from Thetford on the A1066, at the mini roundabout adjacent to The Park Hotel, turn left onto Denmark Street. Take the second right onto St Nicholas Street. Diss Ironworks can be found on the left hand side, opposite Weavers Wine Bar.
