Compass Construction was established in 2009 by Richard, Steve, Doug and Pete who, between them, have worked 110 years in the residential construction industry.
From the outset, our ambitions were to harness our considerable experience to provide the following at all times:
We are committed to ensuring that these standards never slip. Testament to this is the fact that today we have a strong market in Surrey, with the vast majority of our work being generated through word of mouth.
We will provide you an excellent service working to a budget and working hand-in-hand with your own appointed architect and engineer after you have completed the design phase
Our premium package that includes Project Management from inception of the project through to completion. We can either work with your appointed Architect and Engineer or help you appoint them, guide you on costs throughout the design phase, undertake all Health & Safety Management, provide Energy Advice, Building Regulation advice, Warranty advice and provide you a turn-key project finished to an excellent standard.
