Party Time (Leicester) Ltd was incorporated in 2003. We are a family run business based in the heart of Leicester, specialists in helium balloon decorations. Although Party Time is a relatively new venture, we have been established in this field for more than 10 years. We strive on achieving 100% customer satisfaction, all our clients new and old can be assured of a personal service second to none.

Our aim is to provide our clients with service, quality and customer satisfaction for that special day in their life. We offer a very wide range of balloon decorations for every budget, from single balloons to dance floor canopies, twisted arches and corporate events.

What we provide...

We carry a wide range of stock, from a variety of balloons of all shapes, sizes and qualities to complete party decoration packs for “do-it-yourself” parties (known as Party Boxes). We provide a complete venue decoration service for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, pre-wedding bashes, hen nights etc.

For weddings we can cater for all your needs for the special day from fresh flowers, table dressing, stage decorations, mandap decoration, limousine hire to catering. We hire out vases and other party decoration ornaments, we can provide helium gas cylinders and can also assist you in venue selection in and around the county of Leicestershire.
