Over recent years as the business expanded he has had to spend more and more time in the office organising the now vast logistics of AVMT-A Van Man Transport. As this has happened he now concentrates on the sales side of the business where he can keep in touch with clients on a face to face basis. He is also always in and out of the warehouse & ensures he keeps on a one to one basis with all staff on the day to day running of the company.
