Andrew provides high-level services, including senior level interim management; management of complex projects, strategy and policy advice; process reviews and maps; staff professional development and recruitment; other support in delivering affordable housing projects and programmes. He has also authored many publications providing guidance on affordable housing development. He has literally written the book on issues such as HCA design compliance, design guides,
Damian is a Chartered Surveyor with thirty years experience in property development, in both the retail and residential sectors. He runs a property development company, and offers agency and consultancy services. Damian is our site-finding specialist, and also works on scheme feasibility studies and project delivery. He brings a sound commercial approach to projects.
Lesley has worked for many years on housing association regeneration, development and resident involvement initiatives. Lesley has project managed large neighbourhood renewal and estate transfer projects across London and provided interim management services for the Development Director position in a London HA. Lesley and her partner have their own consultancy – Johnson Pancucci – specialising in communications.
Amanda has been the Office & Accounts Manager since the practice was established, providing administrative support on HATC projects whilst maintaining business operations.
Julia is a part-time research assistant who also provides administrative support as required.
In 2013 Jonathan left HATC to take up a Graduate Traineeship with a national housebuilder. He is doing very well indeed (as we expected), and is now an experienced Land Manager for another national housebuilder. He’s still listed here as we want him back one day!
Once a student is accepted onto the course, fees are not refundable in part or in total unless the course is cancelled by HATC in which case a full refund will be provided.
HATC reserves the right to make minor change lecture times, venue or other arrangements but will advise students in advance of the course date.
The course fee includes the examination fee for one attempt at the APM IC exam. If the student wishes to re-take the exam there will be an additional charge. Such charges will be reasonable, and will be set on the basis of HATC’s cost-recovery only.
