About Caravan World
After many years repairing and servicing tourers partners Dave Denney & Steve Karsten decided to "buy and sell" a few used tourers, to run alongside their successful caravan workshop business and formed Caravan World in 1990, trading at Valley Farm Caravan Park Clacton on sea.
A few years later after the business had grown further, Caravan World relocated to Thorrington near Colchester and became a Ltd Company. The chance to move into the present building arose in 2006, it was an excellent opportunity to offer an indoor caravan show room with a tarmac outdoor showground, larger workshops, accessory shop and more recently a spray/repair shop for ALU-tech repairs, in fact a complete Caravan Centre. Dave and Steve are proud of how the business has grown and strive to provide the best service they can to their loyal customers, and have had a lot of repeat business over the years, so they must be doing something right!
