Tracey's Cakes Ltd is a company based in Buckinghamshire, UK run by Tracey Mann making and selling cakes, producing and selling our own brand of Belgian Chocolate Covering Paste and teaching students sugarcraft and chocolate.
Tracey has been decorating cakes for over 25 years, and has written her own books, Bake Me I'm Yours....Chocolate (2009), Cake Decorating Skills (2011) and Decorating Cakes with Chocolate and Transfer Sheets (2012). She also writes instructional articles for Cake Magazine, a nationwide publication. Tracey is also responsible for producing large chocolate cake centrepieces for the Cake International shows at Birmingham NEC (2011) - Masked Ball cake and Cake International London Excel (2012) - Pink Flamingo Cake . Tracey's Cakes has been providing wedding cakes throughout Bucks, Berks and Oxon for many years and is highly recommended by many venues.

We are located in the village of Longwick, in Buckinghamshire just off the A4129. If you are coming into Longwick from the High Wycombe, Chinnor, Beaconsfield side proceed past the Red Lion pub on the left handside as you come into Longwick, past 'Briants' on the left, start to slow down and look for a pink sign on the LEFT handside for Tracey's Cakes. We are located in a small courtyard at the end of the lane between the two houses. If you are coming in from the Thame, Oxford, Aylesbury, Bicester direction, proceed through Longwick on the A4129, past the post office ( Premier Stores) on your left, slow right down and look to your right, you will see a sign up high on the edge of a house for Risborough Reupholstery and also a sign at ground level for Walkers Yard, this is our location indicate right and turn in here for parking. Our postcode is HP27 9SG. As you drive into the courtyard you will see a large cupcake sign directly in front of you this is where we are located.
