Dusters was created in 1987 when the now Managing Director struggled to source a professional, reliable and high quality cleaning company to assist with the cleaning of her home. Rather than settle for a poor service, she decided to establish a cleaning company that would conform to the highest cleaning and customer service standards. And so, Dusters was born.

Demand for Dusters’ exceptional service was immediately apparent – within just three months of setting up the company was operating three vans and had hired a number of cleaning staff. A further three months on and Dusters moved to larger business premises in Colchester in order to keep up with an every-increasing number of clients, most of whom had heard about the company via other delighted customers.

Nowadays, Dusters employs 15 members of staff – some of whom have been with the company since it started – and owns five vehicles. What’s more, some of Dusters’ original customers still use Dusters’ services on a regular basis, more than a quarter of a century on. Dusters’ longevity is proof of the company’s exceptional work ethic and professional service, both of which have earned Dusters an excellent reputation locally, as well as the enviable position of being one of the leading trusted home cleaning companies in the area.
