We are an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors offering a full range of services in the procurement and management of high quality building and energy projects.

A relatively small firm we firmly believe that traditional methods of quantity surveying are the very bedrock of sound financial planning and management; we have an enviable track record in pre-contract cost assessment and budget control.

Founded in the late 1990″s , we are a small company able to offer a personal and individual service, from inception to completion of construction projects.

All of our staff are appropriately qualified, proactive, flexible and professional, fulfilling their roles with energy, enthusiasm and commitment. Emphasis is placed on understanding and interpreting the requirements of our clients and helping them with practical, common sense advice.

Historic building conservation demands considerable knowledge of traditional crafts and we share, with a number of Conservation Architects and Engineers, a deeply held regard for the dedicated workforce that combines this knowledge with undeniable skill and love for the work they do in preserving our historic asset.We are traditional in our approach to work on buildings of special architectural and historic interest, providing the highest standard of Quantity Surveying and cost advice with services that are particular to this facet of our industry. We specialise in providing detailed and accurate pre-tender cost assessments and cash flow profiling (a requirement for making grant applications to Historic England, CADW and other funding bodies), cost information to assess the Conservation Deficit in support of enabling development applications and valuations for Listed buildings insurance and fire loss assessment.
