In 2012 our Managing Director Kim Bendzak was recognised for providing excellence in our field by winning the Banbury Women in Business Award for ‘Established Business Award’ and ‘Most Inspirational Woman Business Owner.’ Then in 2013 our General Manager was also recognised with a runner up award for the ‘Customer Service Award’ and a winning ‘Established Business Award’ again. This achievement made Apple Construction Training one of the few companies to have been given the latter award in successive years. In 2014 we won the “Training and People Development Award” through the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards
We have been working in close partnership with two large colleges providing funding to our candidates whenever and wherever eligible. This has allowed us to offer many NVQs to candidates who could not have previously afforded them and has allowed clients of ours, who are Levy payers, to get a substantial discount on their NVQs. This has meant that our clients have also benefited by being able to use training their staff as a much needed income generator too for their businesses.
We are actively looking at Apprenticeship Funding schemes, not just exclusive to young apprentices, but also available to existing mature staff and contractors who may not possess CPCS tickets and/or NVQs. This was a two-day intensive assessment with a number of our trainers, clients, candidates, staff members and suppliers being interviewed for their feedback on our level of service and commitment. CPCS cards are applied for the same day as the test and are normally with us in a week. NVQs take a little longer, due to the internal verification process, but letters can be provided for your employer/client proving your pass whilst all cards are being applied for.

In the South Warwickshire village of Fenny Compton you will find our very own eight acre Training & Testing Centre. It is from here that Apple Construction Training is able to offer an extensive range of CPCS, Lantra and NPORS Plant categories. We supply CSCS Health and Safety Touchscreen Testing and we are also one of a small number of EWPA NVQ certified providers in the local region as well as traditional OSAT NVQs.
