Arun Property Management, the new arm of Arun Office Services Ltd, deals with all aspects of property management. Our property management business has grown substantially and we now have 12 blocks of flats and 4 local prestigious private estates in our portfolio. We have a team of 3 staff dedicated to supporting this part of the business. We have most recently ventured into commercial property management. As part of the property management service, we offer Company Secretary and Registered Office facilities. The role of Company Secretary provides full support and advice on many aspects of Company Law

Arun Office Services Ltd. is a business specialising in outsourced office services, with its roots firmly placed in the village of Rustington, West Sussex. Established in 1996, the company was situated in East Preston until May 2003 when we relocated to our current premises at Sea Lane, Rustington.
We are a medium sized company with a large capacity for work. Many of our long-term clients are based in the local community and we find that the majority of our new clients contact us through reputation and feedback within the area.
However, we are more than capable of taking on support contracts from any part of the country, or indeed, internationally.
